Actually skeptics have been trying to tell people this for years. But suddenly it's got everybody's attention now that a network got a hold of the story. Anyway, I think the new signs will work just as well as the old ones. ;)

I heard that it only changed for people born in 1999 and up. And its not even new, they just decided to add it back in for whatever reason.

These signs follow what early astrologers called star signs, whose reference points are the tropics that form a ring around the earth. The zodiac is based on our relationship to the sun, not the stars.

In short, if you follow the Sidereal astrology, the Eastern branch, your sign may have shifted. (And most likely, no surprise to you at all: This news is hundreds of years old).

But for the rest of us, our horoscope, and our signs, are still the same. :D

@ Scootaloo: Check the post above ^^^^^^^ by PurpleDove for the updated news and reason- there's not a change as to the western world and different types of Astrological systems :ninja :p
