Ive changed mobo since, water cooled the chipsets (NB, SB) and changed tubing size since these pics

And down sized the CPU from a Q6600 to a E6600 :(

Ive always like dthe Antec 900 case you have!

But just not got the room for what i need, the heat from those GFX cards must be immense!

I wanted to do Liquid cooling...but it costs abit...and i just couldn't be troubled doing it. My case has great air flow so i am not worried of overheating at all. Maybe if i decide on getting the 3rd vid card i might get the cooling system. Not sure yet.

Tri sli has no real world benefits over sli, unless folding i guess it does, I ahve a dead Sriker extreme 790i in my room, £220 it cost me (a right bargain) and it arrived dead and Asus wont repair it! i hate them!

With the stock coolers on my cards the heat was immense! though my case is aweful for air cooling.

Yeah I will probably end up getting some nice coolers for my vids...but the stock ones do alright...60c on full load...so not bad at all.

Thats pretty cool i didn't know you could do things like that to your systems...

It's not really something that YOU do... Especially the liquid cooling... cause if you don't know exactly how it works and exactly how to hook it up properly... You might come home one day and find your computer wet and you're wondering how the hose came unplugged...

As far as upgrading and stuff you can do it as long as you don't try to start out upgrading a dell ;) lol

Water cooling is TOOOOOOO damn expensive xD and even more expensive if you don't do it yourself...

My instructor had 2 server racks that were water cooled that used water from this 30 gallon tank and he said even cooling the tank by the end of the day it would be hot...

He eventually had to switch back to fan cooling cause he wasn't able to keep it running 24/7 seeing as how he couldn't keep the tank cold enough

Cooling a tank you say? that sounds more like evaporative cooling to me

thats what i like about it too, its small and can sit on my desktop, the monitor is big, and it is 2.6 ghz with 3gb ram so its good enough to play kickass games (now i just have to get more modern games... you can see in the pic i have star wars KoToR II (doesn't work on vista) and Doom 3 (works just fine)
