Your Favorite veggie?

I am eggetarian but I don't even have eggs now so I mostly have veggies. I like many veggies but my favorite will always be potatoes and after that it'll be Bell peppers and green peas.

What about you?

I guess i will choose some as depends with dishes that can be made
eggplants ,capsicum, and i will say also Tomatoes and yes like AuFred about tomatoes

What is that way? Spinach is one of my favourite too. It tastes so good plus we do add Cottage cheese and it does taste so good

This applies to all three... they need to be in a specific Chinese dish that usually consists of any of the three vegetables plus soup (chicken broth) and bean curds (which is sometimes stuffed with ground pork)
