i bought all 3 as a box set, only £2 more than the first one on its own:D

Nice! I have a box set with Desperado and El Mariachi, I've had it since before the third installment came out, I haven't even watched the third one other than the time at the theater. :24:

Inglorious Basterds is perfection. It's one of my favorite movies of all time.

If you haven't, you should see the original.

QT reminds me of another director who always like to have cameos made by people (particularly by himself) in his movies. The director of the original movie also made a cameo in QT's remake of Inglorious Basterds.

zero votes for jackie brown and deathproof - no surprises there, both were pretty bad. My favourite is Django unchained but as this thread is old it isn't on the list! So out of those i would say pulp fiction, it was a gamechanger like the matrix. Spawned loads of posters and merchandise, definitely deserves the winning vote.

I wouldn't say Jackie Brown was bad... in fact, I think it's a great film. But it's just the least Tarantino of all Tarantino's films, if you know what I mean.

Pulp Fiction, hands down. The Bible scene at the very beginning had it for me. I also enjoyed the dance scene with Chuck Berry's "You never can tell" playing. I love that song and I absolutely loved how Vincent Vega (played by John Travolta) maintained his stone face through the entire fact, despite the fact that his boss's wife was hitting on him all the time!

I didn't even need to check the poles result to know that his best movie would be Pulp Fiction. It's just a masterpiece every single bit, every dialog, every soundtrack.. every cut!

I would also have to say Pulp Fiction. I'm not that big on films, but of the movies I've seen and do remember, Pulp Fiction is definetely one of them.
