Yep, this is me too, even on my left side, unless I'm in a different room and my left side has me with my back to the door....I can't sleep with my back to the door, EVER.

I move around a lot during the night, but I always start out on my right side w/ my arm underneath the pillow. Sometimes I curl my legs up...just depends.

I usually end up turning to my left side w/ my arm underneath the pillow before I drift off to sleep, though. And I try to avoid laying on my stomach b/c, aside from the fact that you could easily snatch a nipple ring that way, my chiropractor yells at me for sleeping on my stomach. LOL
