On my back... used to sleep on my stomach until I started dislocating my shoulder doing that... no going back after all these years...

I sleep on my left side with my arm under my pillow.

This.. and sometimes a body pillow between my knees.. I will also sleep on my tummy but since I was prego it doesn't feel the same.

usually like this right side or left side dependant on the night and hubby is behind me wrapped up in me somehow, sometimes Ill grab a pillow and squish it in the area above my bent up knee and hug that instead of having my hand by my face. If its not to hot sometimes I like to lay on my hubbys chest while he is on his back, one arm somewhere comfortable so it doesnt fall asleep, the other hand on his junk, and my top leg wrapped around his with the bottom one straight. He likes to grab and twirl a chunk of my hair when I lay like that.
