Who's your carrier? Plans? Minutes/text limits? Cost? Some good phones? I hear the Razr's suck. I need to find something durable because I drop my phones like nobody's business.

I'm tired of Centennial after yesterday with the sales tard who doesn't shutup.

I'm on Cingular's Family Plan. Don't have any special texting but I know they're pretty decently price. I have a SLVR which I really like. I've dropped it so many times and, apart from a few scratchs, nothing's ever happened to it. I had a rebate and free upgrade on it so it was free. Both my mom and brother had problems with the screens on their RAZR's.

I've only had my RAZR since March, but I haven't had any problems with it yet.

I have verizon family plan. And I have the LG VX9400. I just traded it in from my older phone so Im still getting used to all of the cute little things I can do with it... but I love it :) Years ago I had at&t and they SUCKED so bad! We switched over to Verizon and I have never had a problem with dropped calls or anything except when I go high in the mountains, which is to be expected anyway.

Well I just bought a Verizon Wireless CDM 8945 flip phone.

49.99 monthly plan, plus taxes I'll put it around 60ish a month. Which is right around what I was paying for my shitty Centennial service. 450 minutes for 39.99, unlimited text and pics messages for 10.00 a month.

Enter your location

Should have it by the weekend with the 2-5 day shipping for free... and the 80 dollar phone was free, so I'm not complaining.

I couldn't help you with costs since my company supplies my cell phone and all it's minutes. But it's Verizon LG VX4650 and I'm pretty damn hard on it, it hasn't failed me yet. The signal is great in this area, I haven't found any dead spots yet.

I also had a RAZR - absolute rubbish.

Nokia are about the most durable. Over here ppl say that constantly about them, I just dnt like the look of most of them - a bit plain, but they do last when dropped. I had a Nokia and it's now third hand and still going strong and was dropped loads of times - it's about 5yrs old now. :) I definately wldnt recommend the RAZR, more hassle than they are worth. No-end of ppl have told me the same here too.
