:nod: Up here where it's cold we have block heaters on our engines. That's what gets plugged in. It keeps the oil and engine warm so the car is easier to start. Some vehicles won't start if they're not plugged in when it's so cold.

Most people there haven't. I bought a car when I lived in Kentucky and then I brought it back to Canada when I had to leave for a few months to renew my training visa. I was there from December to March so I had a block heater put in my car. When I went back to Kentucky everyone thought it was the weirdest thing. :24:
