careful with electric fences people, they can be dangerous even if the voltage isnt high, the only thing i would reccomend an electric fence for is cattle
we had one when I had a horse .. I've grabbed it before .. it doesn't hurt .. just kinda is like "whoa .. I'm not touching that again" :24:

Which is why I wonder if it will work with my dog, she'd hard headed sometimes lol.

I work hard for what I have .. and I don't overly spoil my child. He doesn't want for anything .. so when I go to the store I don't always bring him something back. I use to do that, when he was younger, and he got to where he expected it. So I had to nip that in the bud. He didn't appreciate what I bought once he started expecting something everytime I went shopping.

I buy him large things for birthday/Cmas .. other than that .. it's just little things here and there. I started this about 3 years ago, when he was 8.

Thats not the case.. There is a dog next door, so whenever she is out there to use the bathroom, she wants to get at that dog.. NOT to hurt the dog, but to play with him.
mine never tried to "escape" until the dog dwn the street taught her that she could dig out .. little SOB grrr.gif.

Seeing as how she used to live indoors only, until I had to move home after a car accident a couple years ago, learning to get out must have been like euphoria for her :24: .. excpet for this time of year.

She has figured out how to get out .. but her insulated, water proofed, extremely large doghouse is IN the pen .. and she hasn't figured out how to get back IN once out :24::24: .. silly gurl.

After that .. she comes to my bedroom window (usually at like 2am, never at 10pm) and barks until I let her in the garage for the night. lol
