Well this sucks, The day I buy xbox live; My freaking xbox decides that it's unable to read any disks what so ever. I guess i'm going to have to call microsoft and have them repair it. To freaking bad it takes 14-21 days; my live will be 1/3 way done by then. FML

They will credit your xbox live

it happened to my roommate, he got the red ring of death and had a complimentary three months of xbox live when he got it back.
Be sure to remove your hard drive before you send it

Eh, I think i'm going to sell my dirtbike and my xbox and buy a PS3 slim, what do you think I should do?
A)sell dirtbike get a new xbox.
B)get xbox repaired.(might have to sell bike)
C)sell everything and get a ps3 slim with mw2.
D) make up your own.

They won't do that. Trust me. They got enough stick for removing the option to install another OS. Nobody used the option, but they liked the fact it was there.

It amazes me how many friends I have who will defend their xbox to the death. Everyone I know with one has shipped it back for repairs at least once. My brother has done it 3 times, and it's broke again. Other than a few exclusive games, I can't imagine anywhere the xbox beats the ps3. Ps3 is by no means perfect, but I've never known anyone who had one break. :dunno

PS3 is definitely superior, my old PS3 broke on me, but that was as a result of my own stupidity.

One of these days, they'll come up with the ultimate gaming machine... but... haha, in like year 2020 or something...

Anywho, that sucks man... I'm still trying to get a PS2 cause I have a deal with my family that if I work hard, I will finally get a PS2 (for the first time in my life)...
All that I have own so far is a Gameboy/Gameboy Color, SNES, and PS1.

:24: 16% failure rate for XBox 360, vs 3% for PS3. Sony has most of the problems and is an inferior product? Maybe it is in your opinion, but your opinion isn't supported by the facts.
