Well sorry, I was just stating a fact which applies to that article, there wasn't really anything in there to say to be positive in anyway. You just need to lighten up a bit sometimes, I can take it when I get the piss taken out of me for being British and if anyone gets their country bashed the most it's sexytime about Canada by the Americans on here!;)
 
Peter, your comment didn't bother me.
And shoes for native Americans doesn't bother me either. If a major corporation wants to target an audience with a known health issue, then I'm all for corporate money flying out of their pockets.

Peter, the only things worse than minorities are fat minorities. That's just common knowledge. Welcome to the USA. :)
 
While it's designed for the unique aspects of the American Indian foot (as the article stated), they don't expect most of the shoes to actually be sold to that population.
It said all profits from the sale of the shoe will be reinvested in health programs for tribal lands, where problems with obesity, diabetes and related conditions are near epidemic levels in some tribes.

The revenue generated by shoe sales is targeted to ultimately help the health issues.
