so, they have been around since god knows when. and other than the attractive people on them, i dont understand why woman find this bad acting, mellowdramatic crap entertaining,
it always seems in every episode (my ex watched em alot)

somebody's in a coma
or
somebodys baby got stolen
or
OMG a love triangle gets discovered

and WTF is with passions and the magical baby?
are you kidding me, when did this turn into a sci-fi

so plz tell me, why is this shit entertaining.

What soaps do you get over there? We get Corination Street (bunch of old northern farts gossiping in the pub), Eastenders (bunch of wannabe cockness gansters going "we need to sort fings aaht!"), Emmerdale (bunch of pikeys in the Yorkshire dales, quite funny actually!) and the two Aussie soaps, Neighbours and Home and Away which take the piss out of being allowed to be shit!

I used to watch that .. but I'm never around a tv at the time it comes on anymore.

I think it's losing popularity though .. I noticed it's time slot isn't noon anymore .. now it's like 2pm or something.

I hate to say it but when I fell off that cliff and broke all them bones, I was off work for about three months. I watched Another World religiously. I don't even remember how I got started, they were always ridiculous shows to me.

I never watched soap operas until I was off with my injured foot. I guess boredom set in and I gave in to watch it since it seemed to have been the only thing on TV at the time.
