would YOU play ball outside in 20 something degree weather?

Cold/warm weather affects people differently. Just because it's cold to you doesn't mean it's too cold to others. I'm not sure why this is such an issue to you.

Let people live their lives as they chose until it actually affects you.

I know, for me, as winter goes on I get used to the colder weather as opposed to when winter first begins.

I should learn to multiquote. Because it baffles me that a parent would let their child run around without being properly clothed for the weather. just because it's officially spring doesn't mean you can ignore the weather.

why do you care so much? This is not the 1st time you wrote a thread on people not wearing coats in the cold

Worry about you and not what others are doing. Them not wearing a coat playing basketball isnt affecting your well being any.

And what the hell do you know. They could be warm just shooting baskets. I mean they are the ones playing basketball, and your the one online complaining about them not wearing coats. I think they would know better if they were warm or not

Any parent will tell you that kids dont feel the cold like we do...Im hard pressed getting the boy to wear clothes to bed in the dead of winter because he's "too hot".

Are these kids at the age they could put a jumper on themsleves? Im guessing they're not 3 year olds?

Yep, I would. Most of my 5Ks have started while the weather is 30 - 40 degrees outside. I start out in a sweatshirt and gloves and, by the end of the race, I'm in my t-shirt and have tucked the gloves into the back of my pants (no pockets, LOL). It doesn't take long to warm up. When I was doing Couch to 5K and running at 2 in the morning I'd still go out in a tank top and capri yoga pants b/c I'd be sweating like mad in a few minutes.
