Yes, we are all about excess - our power has gone to our heads. But everyone is going to hate the top dog, so to speak. We've fucked up a lot, but not anymore than any other country in some respects.

It's not bad but, I don't have too much creative freedom there. I walked away from the other restaurant where I was the Exec Chef for a month. Poor management was the main reason I left. That & the owner expecting me to run 2 restaurants from the same kitchen.

Long story short, I walked out.
