I can handle the Steelers. Both my folks are from PA so I got a steady diet of Steelers as a kid. They're aren't my first choice these days, but I always like to see them do well. Plus being a GA boy I think Hines Ward is the greatest WR EVER, as far as being a complete package.
Cool. Lots of musicians in the kitchen. We actually put together a band with 7 guys from our restaurant and played our company Christmas party last year for 500 people.
I'm off the clock, too. Well, as much as I ever CAN be. It's pretty much 24/7, or seems like it.

It's not bad but, I don't have too much creative freedom there. I walked away from the other restaurant where I was the Exec Chef for a month. Poor management was the main reason I left. That & the owner expecting me to run 2 restaurants from the same kitchen.
Long story short, I walked out.

I consider you to be one of my best friends here bro.Periodically, I look at my friends list, and see the ones who have stopped posting. I posted a list of them a week or so ago. Anyway, I miss them all, and so I'd miss you,*sniffles* friend
The convo's never boring, not that it is w/ anyone else. But, anyone who's been here for a while knows there's sometimes when you could hear crickets from the lack of posting.
That & I don't type very fast.

And I've gotten pretty good at ten finger hunt and peck - still have to look at the keyboard though
It's my life in a nutshell... minus the dog.I still only use 2 fingers & have to look at the keyboard. It actually takes me longer to configure what I want to say than it takes me to type it.Likewise

I'm not much of a talker. At least, in real life. My friends will tell you that I'm the quiet guy.
