Would you ever chronicle like this ?

So I have seen this Ad lately. I wondered how many people would actually put a chronicle of their child's life in a technology they have no idea how long it would actually be valid ?

Would you ?

Technology has move far to fast and changed way to much for saving anything in this type of format. The way the Ad makes it sound, this would be the only chronicle used, and not one I would only depend on..

I doubt that I'd chronicle a kid's every move in any format. It's a recipe for creating people who thinks the world revolves around themselves.

I don't think it's any worse than a baby diary carried on until your older.. But technology and companies change so fast in this environment that one could not trust to keep a chronicle of a child's life in such a format. Not only that but how could a child retrieve a huge part of it in quality. Uploading pictures on free web sites usually means loss of quality today and transferring them back at times means even more loss.. Not the ideal way to save a childhood memory in my opinion..
