Kungfu

I go to Kungfu Class fo 3 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, Weight lift afterwards..Run and do cardio on Tuesdays, thursdays and Saturdays when I can.

I haven't worked out in a month or so. I had a good run for 8 months straight, 4 days a week. I'm actually starting off again tomorrow.
