What is a good workout to do to lose a few lbs of stomach fat?
Crunches will strengthen your tummy muscles, but they won't lose the buldge. Running, or other cardio, is the best way to go. Also cut down on grains, starches, and refined sugar as they cause the most bloat.

In order to lose weight around my stomach, I've been alternating between running, walking, and jogging everyday. I'll walk a few miles, and while I'm doing so, I'll run or jog for a quarter mile, and then go back to walking again.
If I started doing crunches, I'd get used to it after a while.
