sup bro just got back from the gym pumping iron. today was sup bros back and bicep day so sup bros arms are blown up like no other. sup bro did 5 sets of pull ups with 2 45 pound plates hanging from the waist as a warm up before the real lifting began bro. sup bro then moved onto some heavy back workouts to really get the blood flowing. after sup bros back got pumped up sup bro moved onto some hammer curls. sup bro pumped up his biceps till the arms were blown up like no other. most people say they get sore after working out but sup bro gets pumped up. sup bro wants to tear through some linemen and get the 15 tackes for losses.
