if you dont enjoy it you shouldnt do it, my theory, once your job gets boring it means you shouldnt be doing it and its time to find something else

I could never work at a job I didn't enjoy. I would only do so until I secured another job. It sounds like you enjoy what you do, but that you are having a problem with the actual work environment. Why not start looking for another company to work for? Some companies just do not have good management/leaders/guidelines that promote a positive employee moral. Working in a negative atmosphere always makes for a horrible work experience.
I completely love my job. I'm challenged constantly and there's always something to do. I work with some great individuals. I interact with other health care professionals and the public. I get paid pretty awesome. My field is currently in demand so finding a job won't ever be difficult. If I had to go back and do it over again, I'd still go through the 6 years of college. I can't imagine being happier doing anything else.
I enjoy my job at my anarcho-commune tilling our communal garden and weaving clothes for our members. On Saturdays I volunteer to clean AK-47's.
I hated my job a few weeks ago. Then business was sold and the new owners are great. I actually enjoy going to work now...but then again it doesn't feel like work any more.

I actually have a job, kind of. I clean my grandpa's house. But I want to work at the local video store as soon as I turn 18. Money-wise though, I'm set. I sell shit on Ebay constantly

my job itself sucks hardcore...but then again, the people i work with are amazing. it really helps the days go by...and also, we eat all the time, so it all works out
