I have been signing in occasionally but its hard - in between houses and living off what the city can give us at the moment.
Our supply of fresh food is poor and there is a lot of clean up to do as well as people have lost their homes, their lives and even some have lost their loved ones. It was devastation at its worse but Queenslanders will fight back and so many people have offered help as well as offered donations towards all of those who have lost alot. Im not sure what the exact numbers are but they are very great.
I was a lucky one i was stranded for a few days and lost phone service etc but luckily enough the flood didnt hit as far as my home. It hit work though and i have only been back for a few days. its starting all over again that is the shitty part.
