this is like a horror movie come to life for chrissakes...


the movie "Serpent and the Rainbow" just popped in my head when I wrote this...and the infamous tag line "Don't Bury Me...I'm not Dead!"

During the Victorian age, there was a huge fear over being accidentally put into a coffin and buried alive. There were special escape devices built into coffins.

Yep, they had bells inside you could pull...could you imagine hearing a friggin bell ringing from a coffin???? eek:eek

For some reason I hardly believe this story, but it's sad if true.
