I didn't say THIS war is stupid. I said ALL WAR IS STUPID.

Men can settle disagreements in a friendly manner, rather than going over and bombing one another. It's just a case of, "My dick is bigger than your dick." no matter what war it is.

As for the soldiers, I have NEVER asked for anyone to protect me...and I never will. I'm a big girl and can care for myself. It's something one learns while growing up. And I hate to ruin this for you, but I'm neither your brother, sister, or friend. I am merely a person on the other side of another screen to you, nothing more, nothing less.

When it comes down to it, people should all be smart enough to know they're risking their lives by joining up for any armed service, whether in war time, or peace. It isn't like they have signed up to be technicians in a Peeps factory...they've signed up to play with guns and learn how to kill people, so if they don't expect it, then they're rather ignorant.

Really, people are entitled to an opinion. You have yours, and that's perfectly fine. I have mine, which is also fine. You can't sit there and say you are fighting for MY liberties, however, because those were wars of the past, not what you are fighting right now.

Oh and really..."Fuck you"? That shows a childish streak. Perhaps you should not be allowed to carry a weapon. I wouldn't give a gun to someone with an angry attitude...but then, that's where intelligence wins over all.
