Okay here's my advice. Don't chew gum. Don't eat gaseous stuff before the interview. Don't conduct it on a cell phone in the bathroom. Turn the tv and radio off. Smile while you talk!Knock 'em dead!

I like phone interviews, actually...I'm crap w/ eye contact in physical interviews but have gotten better over the years. I'm more comfortable interviewing by phone initially and THEN doing face to face.
