It all went VERY well....

EVERYTHING I mentioned and was concerned about, they agreed with.

Mum and daughter are going to discuss with the dad whether I

a/ get a $7 an hour payrise....which would be awesome...
b/ stay on the same rate, but go permanent/part time...which would mean paid hols and sick days, and more hours.

They said they do NOT want to lose me and laughed at me when I told them how worried I had been to even mention it.

I would rather go perm/part time...but will be happy with whatever...I'm just proud that I went through with it...I've never asked for a pay rise before.
