I have a bad lumbago since Monday evening. Monday it wasn't that bad, just a bit hurting. Yesterday was very bad, with circulatory collapse yesterday morning. Unfortunately I really HAD to attend my classes at university, due to the strict attendancy requirements.
Seems as if that was the final shot: in the afternoon I almost couldn't walk; I've moved forward so slowly as if I was minimum 90 years old. -__- Called my hubby to pick me up (thus my car still stands in the parking lot at the university).

And the last night was horror. I don't belong to the people sleeping on the back, but I prefer to lay on my left side. And as I'm not used to it, but had to lay on the back my whole body seems to have cramped. Three or four times last night, I totally winced, because one wrong movement made a bolt of ache rushing through my lumbar. :-(

I wasn't able to get up this morning by myself and just started to cry. Horrible feeling. Hubby then helped me to get up, to get some clothes on and brought all my stuff here at the table, so I can sit here and kill time til the doctor's opening his practice. My Mummy-in-law will bring me there.

Tbh, even sitting here hurts like hell; I dunno in which position to sit. :dunno And my circulatory is about to collapse again..

...and I don't want an injection, I hate injections. ._____.

Please kepp fingers crossed that it turns out to be not as bad as it feels. Hubby has already made sure that it isn't a slipped disc. Seems as if its just a pinched nerve.

:(

(2 more hours to go kill...dunno how to...)

Hope you feel better soon and that it's not serious *crosses fingers*

I am hoping you're sitting on a well cushioned chair to help decrease the pressure towards your lumbar area. Pls keep me updated if convenient of course ;)

Ah, you'll be at the docs now or on your way. I hope it wasn't as serious as you may have thought and that it can be mitigated or sorted.

Good Luck... I have no clue what you're going through, never been in a similar situation... Hope it's only minor and maybe only pinched nerve like you said.

Thanks at all. :-*

The doc was great. Been there for the first time and just went there because my MIL often told me what a good doc he is. He's one of those old-hippies. :laugh Long grey hair, and wears an indian bandeau. :D And he's chiropractor.

He adjusted some vertebras and my pelvis. (Don't ask me how I made it to dislocate it. >_>
And he gave me some meds (pretty strong ones *lol* After taking them I slept 3 hours and the package insert says that it may be that after taking the pills you do things and can't remember it later oO)

Anyways, it still hurts like hell when doing the wrong movement, but it's much better than this morning. (I'm able to get out of the bed on my own *lol*)

Thanks god, my professor of my class tomorrow replied very fast to my sick note and told me that I need not worry about having missed class too often. He totally understands my situation.

Thanks to all, again. :)

@PJ: what does "give some lubbins" mean? I can't find it in the dictionaries. :willy_nilly:
