I'm not sure I totaly understand the question but I will try to answer, I expect that I will eventually get over this mood I'm in possiably after I sleep.. Not anytime w/in tonights range thats for sure.

I smoke .. now what I smoke depends on HOW BADLY I need to chill, otherwise I listen to music or drive. Driving is my biggest one.. It helps me clear my mind.
