Last but not least, it is environmentally sustainable and nutrient-dense. Choosing more plant-based foods not only supports your health but also reduces the risk of diseases that can transfer from animals to humans.

A plant-based diet is better because it’s rich in nutrients, lowers risk of many diseases, and is kinder to the environment. I’ve found it boosts my energy and digestion, plus it feels good knowing I’m making healthier, more sustainable choices.

A plant-based diet is better sometimes because it’s lighter on your body and the planet. I noticed more energy, better digestion, and clearer skin after switching. It’s rich in fiber, low in bad fats, and supports long-term heart and metabolic health.

Interestingly, these days there is also a growing interest in carnivore diet. A lot of people believe carnivore diet is better than plant based diet.

Studies have suggested that eating meat in a moderate manner can be beneficial. Meat contains very healthy nutrients such as proteins. Many body builders depend a lot on eggs and meat because neat helps to build muscles. So, avoiding meat completely is never a wise idea. People should focus on balanced diet.

There is a popular trend where they recommend carnivore diet as the safest dietary system for human body. I believe average human should focus on balance diet just like you said

A person should eat every thing that can benefit him. A balanced diet involves consuming nuts as well as we cannot overlook the importance of nuts and dry fruit. Some nuts and dry fruits such as dates, cashews, almond, pistachio, etc are very beneficial for health. Dates are also considered very healthy, as eating dates is a Sunnah of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SallallahuAlaihiWaAlahiWaSallam) and dates are very beneficial for health. It is a part of Islamic wisdom as well.
