Studies have shown that plant based diet lowers risk of heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. It also reduces exposure to zoonotic diseases (like bird flu, swine flu, and COVID-19). Last but not least, it is environmentally sustainable and nutrient-dense. Choosing more plant-based foods not only supports your health but also reduces the risk of diseases that can transfer from animals to humans.

A plant-based diet is better because it’s rich in nutrients, lowers risk of many diseases, and is kinder to the environment. I’ve found it boosts my energy and digestion, plus it feels good knowing I’m making healthier, more sustainable choices.

A plant-based diet is better sometimes because it’s lighter on your body and the planet. I noticed more energy, better digestion, and clearer skin after switching. It’s rich in fiber, low in bad fats, and supports long-term heart and metabolic health.

Interestingly, these days there is also a growing interest in carnivore diet. A lot of people believe carnivore diet is better than plant based diet.
