If you look at successful people, you will find that most of them are extroverts. If you look at people despite having high skills and knowledge are unsuccessful, you will find that they are mostly introverts. No matter your profession, whether you are an employee, entrepreneur, or freelancer, success heavily relies on communication, networking, and public interaction. For introverts, this can be a challenge. While introverts are often thoughtful and detail-oriented, building connections and selling ideas may not come naturally to these people. Fortunately, there is always room for improvement. Investing in soft skills like public speaking, personal development, and networking can transform how you are perceived and help you unlock greater professional success, without changing who you are.

I think it is because. Introverts experience difficulties in networking and asserting themselves in group settings, so it's further impacting their career advancement.

It’s not that introverts can’t succeed, it’s that success is often defined by extroverted standards like networking, public speaking, or constant socializing. Introverts may struggle in those areas, but they thrive in deep focus, creativity, and thoughtful leadership. Success just looks different for them.

In this life now, everyone needs the help of people in one way or the other to succeed. And introverts don't know how to build personal relationships to access such helps. That's why success seem difficult to them.

I wouldn’t say it’s impossible for introverts to succeed, but some challenges do exist. Introverts often prefer solitude and deep focus, which can limit networking or self-promotion, which are the key parts of many success paths.

Introverts often find success challenging because they may struggle with networking or self-promotion, which are often essential in many fields. They tend to prefer solitude and deep thinking but these traits can sometimes be overlooked or misunderstood in competitive environments.

When you are an introvert that is always staying indoors, probably, you are expecting opportunities to come to the door of your house to meet you. It doesn't happen that way though. But the availability of opportunities online has given some introverts a shot at success.
