With constant stimulation available, many young people panic when unoccupied. Are we losing the ability to just... exist?

When was the last time you were truly bored (no phone, no distractions)?

This generation has a lot of things at their disposal form video games to streaming services, however, this generation is also over using things that led them to boredom. They cannot handle boredom because they live in digital world more than real world.

I think Gen Z struggles with boredom because they’ve grown up with constant digital stimulation. Phones, apps, and fast content leave little room for stillness. When things slow down, it feels uncomfortable, making it hard to sit with quiet moments.

Gen Z's attention span is now likened to that of a goldfish, averaging around eight seconds, compared to 12 seconds for Millennials. Ironically, they have short span.

The thing is that Gen Z are built around constant activity. You can't bore them out with a lack of activity. It is the older generation that could just afford to stay still. Not this generation.
