It can be a positive thing for you to educate yourself about what foods are healthy and good for you. And one way to do this is to read books about nutrition.

However, the problem I've had with reading books about nutrition is that after reading a few books, I'm almost afraid to eat anything!

I mean, they'll come out with a study that finds a certain food is healthy for you. Then, a new study comes along and finds that that same food actually may be bad for you.

That's why I limit the amount of time that I read books about nutrition, because enough is enough.
