Without effort you can never archive good results so I believe you need effort to archive something more meaningful and your results is what entails how much effort you have made
It is all about people respecting the grind. And it being an indicator of a person having a system that can produce positive results. Anyone can be lucky to get results. One that is consistent with processes can always get repeatable results.
