Some people move on quickly after a breakup they are more resilient and/or have less attachment to the relationship,. while others may take longer because they need more time to grieve.

It is easy to say move on but actually really difficult to do it. Those who suggest people to move on are mostly the people who have never been in such situation and they tend to believe that it is really easy.

It’s not easy to move on, and I think people often underestimate the emotional complexity involved. Moving on requires processing pain, letting go of attachments, and rebuilding oneself. Society sometimes portrays it as a quick fix, but in reality, healing takes time and effort.

I am instead worried about why people find it very difficult to move on. When things don't work out despite best efforts, it is simple logic to move on. We don't understand the value of time. That's why we keep spending it to sulk on things that would never work.

People that think it is easy to move on actually find it very easy to move on and you can't blame them for that. The only anomaly is their failure to realize that we are all different and that because it is easy to them doesn't mean it is easy for others to move on.

I think it depends on the person. Not everyone can easily move on, but some people can. I believe the people that say "Just move on" are the ones in society that can easily just walk away from a bad relationship or just brush it off if their significant other breaks up with them. They think that since it was easy for them to move on, everyone is probably like this too.

People often think moving on is easy because they may not fully understand the emotional depth of what someone is going through. Society tends to prioritize resilience and quick recovery, which can overlook the time and effort needed to heal.
