Some employers complain younger workers are too sensitive. Is this a weakness or healthy boundary-setting?

How do you prefer to receive constructive criticism?

I think this has to do with parenting and schooling. These days parents and teachers are stopped from using strict methods for disciplining.

Compared to older generations who were taught to “toughen up,” Gen Z leans toward introspection, expecting empathy and dialogue. Their environment shaped this, social media, cancel culture, and rapidly shifting norms make every comment feel loaded. They’re not weak; they’re navigating a world that’s very loud, very fast, and very judgmental.
