Whose you Favorite Lying Sack? :)

I envy anyone that can play any musical instrument. I used to play trombone, but trombones lost their sex appeal around 1946. I've always wanted to lear keyboards but I'm too impatient now. It's my one regret.

I played piano as a kid and did not like it. The problem was that the teacher did not take the time to show me where it could lead. I may start up a thread on Guitar playing. :)

Ditto

I had to take piano lessons for a few months. I hated it. I think it turned me off on learning music. I never really did learn to read music. I was in the choir all the way thru graduation. I just went by ear what the other kids did.

Tonight I'm playing God and resurrecting old threads. ;) Regarding the subject, how about Sen Bob Corker? Read about him at Think Progress, the guy who took credit for saving the U.S. auto industry when he voted against the bill designed to help it. This while advising auto workers they were being paid too much. Yeah!!

Obamacare still sucks

Nothing new :D

I like that there are no limits on policies now. Some friends of ours have a 300k limit. One new born issue and their account was tapped. Luckily they live in Minnesota and the state picked up the remainder of the tab. How should it of been? Should health care be denied when the money runs out or should you be plunged into debt for the rest of your life? or Other? This is the perfect example of where overall society is better equipped to shoulder such expenses. Plan B would be to just let the baby take it's chances. Would that be the more fiscally responsible choice?
