see...its like this kelvin.....i post many pictures here,some good and some not so good.....i always say that members here can use them for wallpapers etc if they like them.......the only thing i ask is that they tell me......makes it worthwhile on my part then

Yeah mate, I understand and agree with that fully. All I ask is, that you state in your initial post that this isn't your photograph, and you link to where you found it, and give credit to the photographer. That's all, rather than just a post with a picture, as it may cause confusion to whether or not you took the photograph or not.

When you post a pic in a forum you do so at your own risk and I took the calculated risk. Linking a pic to where I found it is still a breach of copyright laws. Reuse of the content requires permission from the publisher. If the pic is taken by me I will state, otherwise you can assume its not my pic. (was)
