Have I ever mentioned for totally messed up my sleeping pattern is? I went to bed at 9:30 and woke up around 12ish. Where my insomniacs at? I so fought the urge to drop an F bomb in this thread.... I'm working to be a better man I am

It sucks not sleepng. I wake up through the night a few times usually, but dont have trouble getting back to sleep.
I could not sleep either.. Wanted to see what happens this late at night..
Not much, usually. I play in the arcade a lot.

I also wear a Darth Vader mask to help with my sleep apnea. A lot of times the pains out weigh the gains.

Soooooo dinner time just ended hey..

There wouldnt be a Gym open for hundreds of miles around here after about 8pm...even the piccy theatre is closed by midnght.
I knew someone who had to wear one of those.. They gave him a slimmer less intrusive style because he could not sleep and it really helped. He told them he was a big mover in his sleep and they found a alternative.. Not sure if you have tried various types or not..
I've tried two styles of Bipap masks so far... This one is better than the last but still is a pain, especially since I tend to breath through my mouth and salivate a lot. It pools in my mask and I feel like I went swimming.
Yah I can relate.. They wanted me to sleep with a guard in my mouth and it just wasn't going to happen.. Anything in my face makes me feel uncomfortable.. It took me almost 1 year to get used to eye covers that were very soft and when I moved they would slide off and wake me up.. I am such a light sleeper it wasn't going to happen..
Oh I'm a light sleeper as well.
From everything they say here it seems drooling is a part of wearing one or your mouth / face would dry right up..

LOL..yep, straight to the gym after work. It's open from 9 AM - 9 PM daily, but you can also buy a 24-hour access key for a one time fee of $15 (well, that was 11 years ago, LOL). There's a scan box on the door and you just use your key to get in...365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Our movie theaters are usually closed by that time, too. MAYBE 0100 hrs at the latest, unless there's a midnight release.
