Have a positive post contest. Everyone contribute 1000 tokens to a pot. Then if anyone in the contest posts anything negative, they are dropped from the contest. The last person gets all the tokenz.

It might be fun

I think it can happen. I don't believe in the word impossible- unless people are so closed minded and unwilling to make some change just for a day.
