Who is your favourite transformer?

Robots in disguise!

I played with them a lot when i was younger and still have some generation 1 toys somewhere. I liked soundwave because of all his cassette transformers. I think he was underused in the films as he is a main character in the comics.

I like Optimus Prime. I thought he was so cool both in the movies and the cartoon. He has.always been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I have all the cartoon episodes as well as the movies.

I had one when I was a kid it transformed in to a portable tape player walkman and the tapes where little transformers as well

Oh wow, now you're making me go back. Off the top of my head, I remember Omega Supreme being *the* toy to get that Christmas when it came out. It was like over $100 if I recall correctly. My parents got it for me and I played with it for maybe one day, until I realized how much of a pain in the butt it was to transform.

There was another decepticon that transformed into a laser gun, not Megatron obviously, but I think it was like a pale purple. I can't remember the name of it though, but it was really cool.

My favorite Transformers would have to be Optimus Prime, Jazz, Prowl, Megatron, Starscream, and Shockwave. As for Optimus Prime, having Peter Cullen voice the benevolent leader adds to the charisma of the character. Star Saber looks good too, and he's from the Japanese-only series, Transformers: Victory.
