Nicholas Cage - I think it was because of nepotism he got into Hollywood, all of his movies apart from Face-off has been dreadful acting

Steven Segal - urrgghhh!!! Anyone who has an on screen fight stand no chance of getting a good thump at his characters, how unrealistic that is, plus the acting is cheese ball

Nicholas Cage?? Omg he's brilliant. Look at Raising Arizona and Leaving Las Vegas. He can play anything and everything. Completely opposite of the topic but, Reese Witherspoon is one of the best actresses I've ever seen. Freeway, Election, and Legally Blonde were just great characters and she has the acting ability to play all the parts well.

I thought she was very poor in V for Vendetta. She was poor in the Star Wars films, but then the Star Wars franchise has never been a bulwark against poor thespians. Quite the opposite.
The only other films I have seen of hers are Closer, and Black Swan, where she was alright, but neither film I enjoyed.

Wow. Kind of shocked about the Portman hating in here? Didn't she JUST win the Oscar for Best Actress? She was freaking amazing in Black Swan. Yeah, Star Wars was "bleh" but Zorak is right, EVERY actor in EVERY one of those movies was "meh" at best. The movie where I realized she was for real and had some great acting chops was "Garden State."

One of the most talented actors is John Goodman. He was so-much like the character whom he played in a movie about Babe Ruth years ago. And he was so typical as a blue-collar type in the sit-com 'Roseanne.'

Just saw her in another surprisingly good movie where she was exceptional. It's called "The Other Woman."
