I stopped smoking about 2 years ago now. I was never a heavy smoker anyway...maybe a pack in 2 weeks unless I went out drinking, in which case I would smoke at least 1/2 a pack in a night. Quitting smoking and cutting down on drinking is one of the best decisions I ever made, LOL
