was assested for burglery turns out there is someone else with my first and last name but different middle name spent 23 hours in jail they(the courts) showed the person who pressed the charges he said they had the wrong guy and they released me but still 23 hours of my life gone. The second time was for driving on a suspended licence abd I was the passenger in the car talk about funny shit but this time no orange jump suit.

How exactly does one get a driving on suspensded license when they are a passenger in the vehicle?

well from what the cop said when I was in the back of the car is no matter if you are walking down the street if you have a warrent they can take you in

well i don't know if you would call it being arrested, b/c i wasn't put in handcuffs. I had to follow the police to the police station were I was finger printed and had mugshots...which by the way I was smiling in b/c the cops were making me laugh. They took it easy on me and my friend. And I didn't have to spend the night or anything, but did pay fines. Over something stupid too.

So you already had a warrant? That's different than you getting arrested for driving without a license and being a passenger. You already had a warrant for SOMETHING, or they wouldn't have arrested you.

one of the radio station's here in town had a contest for stupidest reason for being arrested and I won large pizza so at least something good came out of it.

after the courts let me go my lawyer said all ther charges were dropped and that I didn't have to go to court so I didn't go next thing I know I have a warrent miscommunication between the lawyer and me. Lawyer is family so I can't get mad at him.

Ok, heres the honest truth. I spent a year in jail when I was 21 for burning down my bosses factory in a revenge attack. I spent 11 weeks in jail 2 years ago for giving a policeman a black eye for breaking my ankle. Not proud of what I did, but there you go, I dont hide things, I'm me! Sorry!
