I can't imagine a bigger crime than incarcerating thousands of American citizens without cause, suspicion, or due process, so FDR wins Hands Down.

Lincoln although not on the same level did some things too that were unsavory with regard to pissing on the constitution.
I guess politics really has not changed any over the years. Power corrupts and some will do what they want and think they can get away with.

The guy in there now would be a real candidate as well. When we learn more about what really went on during his terms the folks will be shocked.
