Hmmmmm..... I think it means that the right part of your brain is just catching up with the left part.... or vice versa.... and you think you've seen or heard whatever it is already.

Ummmm.... really.... for all I know another poster posed the same sort of thread and I responded exactly the same way then. For that I'd have to have a memory and that's not always possible due to extenuating circumstances.... alcohol usually..... :willy_nilly:
