TBH it is too close of a call!
the NHL dudes are big as hell the NBA guys are a bit more slender... in my opinion either sport has possibly just as good as athletes as the other.

Actually most hockey players are not big. They are very average. You see them without pads and a few inches shorter without skates and you would be surprised.

Their ability to skate combined with their hand eye coordination gives them the nod. IMO

Frankly I think soccer players are just as talented as basketball players. :ninja

No one works or trains harder than a hockey player...period end of. The physical demands, the length of the season particularly when you go all the way to the Stanley Cup. It's beyond rigorous.

What's the criteria for being a better athlete? You train your body for the sport you play, so yeah, the're going to be better and worse than each other at different things. Bit of a nonsense poll really.
