Which Celebrities Should Not Be Considered a 'Celebrity'?

It's hard to define what a celebrity is in today's climate. It seems like fame is the definition of celebrity. Meaning that people know you has created a celebrity as opposed to having a talent that does the same. I was wondering who everyone thought should not be given a celebrity status and why?

I may have things to say about Kim Kardashian but that is much too easy.
