I went a little crazy earlier and bought all this for £15 from a local bookshop

The Catcher In The Rye
Far From The Madding Crowd
Nicolas Nickleby
The Complete Edgar Allen Poe Collection
Don Quixote

A fine collection.

I went to HMV and picked up some of their classics which were £1 each.

Got:
Great Expectations
Journey to the Centre of the Earth
Last of the Mochicans
The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
The Hound of the Baskervilles.

Might go back there and get some more.

hahahah...I haven't bought a book in a while...but that's cause the last time I did, I went to a weekly Saturday library basement book sale and bought quite a few Dean Koontz softcovers and some horror anthology books for just a buck each...I have been set for quite a while since then...

We have a place called Rebooks in my area. I haven't been in there in a long time. They sell used books.

I get them from a local place called Bookmans. They sell used books, and games/ video games, Mags, and other stuff.

Library booksales are great.
Mostly I get my textbooks from Amazon, and sell them back when done.
Second hand stores have bargains on books. sometimes ebay has a hard to find or unique book.

Any of the book store chains we have here...Indigo, Coles, McNally Robinson or Chapters. If I can't find something there then I'll get it on Amazon.

Barnes & Noble, Wal - Mart, Meijer, etc. Any store like that really. Sometimes even Goodwill; I've hit the jackpot on books there before.
