I just say welcome.
You're welcome..
I say "anytime."
You should be careful with that one!
I usually say "not at all" and then got to wondering if that was rude, so I googled it and apparently there are TONS of ways to respond, some acceptable, some not. Turns out "no problem" isn't taken to by many.
I always respond with "You're welcome".

No worries...implies there may have been worries but you;ll do it.

You are welcome and no worries. 
Yeah, I don't answer the phone and announce myself, and if someone asks for me, I ask who they are before I "reveal" myself, especially if it's a number I don't have programmed in my cell.

As with Fred, it depends on the situation, but I usually tend to say "of course".
