When online purchases go bad..............

Luckily, he was an honest man. I had an issue a while back where I ordered the first season of Southland on DVD and they sent me 2 copies. I notified them of the mistake and they told me to send it back. I did, and then they credited my bank account w/ a refund. Honestly, I could've just given up at that point, but I believe in karma...so I contacted them YET AGAIN and agreed to let them charge my card again for the DVD set so it would balance out. I still ended up gaining about $3 in shipping fees b/c they didn't charge me that, but at least my conscience was clear, LOL
